Swami Maheshwarananda is widely known for his concern about the environment, and he is urging his deciples to plant 11 trees annually. Georgian yogis have been searching for a place, where they would be able to water the trees every day, as it is the main condition for growing beautiful and healthy plants. That's when the Rose Garden, which is situated not far from the Yoga Cave, provided desolated piece of the park. First planted trees included cherry-tree, apple-tree, linden, and several cypresses. We are looking forward to our next tree planting get-together in this beautiful part of the city.
